
Registration is now open for the 2025 BATPC AGM, which is taking place on Thursday 16th October 2025 at 7 for 7.30pm, at The Rufus Centre, Steppingley Road, Flitwick, Bedfordshire MK45 1AH. There will be refreshments and an opportunity for networking from 7pm, before the formal agenda commences at 7:30pm.
In addition to the formal business to be conducted on the night, we have speakers on the theme of flooding and flood resilience, including representatives from both Anglian Water and the Environment Agency and both Bedford Borough & Central Bedfordshire Councils. Meanwhile North Bedfordshire MP Richard Fuller will also be speaking on flooding and infrastructure matters, while there will be an opportunity for questions to the speakers. BATPC President, HM Lord-Lieutenant of Bedfordshire Susan Lousada will be in attendance.
We will be joined on the night by The Greensand Trust, who will be exhibiting information about the Clophill Lakes Nature Reserve, and our sponsors Online Playgrounds.
Councils may send two (electorate below 1500) or three (electorate 1500 or greater) voting representatives to the AGM, while additional councillors/officers may attend as non-voting representatives. Attendance for all councillors and officers from member councils is free of charge.
